The Freedom of Boredom

Two weeks since graduation. I have given myself exactly zero obligations and it has been fantastic. Spending the last three weekends at the pool and clearing my 67 percent full DVR in about four days. What next? I'm going to start writing now. I've got some plans that have been brewing for a few years, time to get to work.

It's a double feature weekend!

Going to see Up today. Going to Hell tomorrow (after church of course). Both these films look pretty good. Will follow up with thoughts.

We're dealing with a menace!

Rare is the occasion that something gets me so excited that I have probems sleeping. Growing up I used to believe that the pinnacle of my life would be to see Ozzy Osbourne and Rob Zombie play a concert together. That happened last year. My life doesn't feel pinnacled.

However something I saw today gave me new hope.

Two of the most powerful forces in cinema history in the same movie. And they're co-starred by the eloquent and vivacious Lorenzo Lamas and Deborah "Debbie" Gibson.

Words can't explain. This trailer will have to do.



Oh yeah, grad school is over! Last final done. I'm legit.
